Québec City, June 11, 2025 — A warm atmosphere, audiophile passion, and technological innovation were all on display Wednesday evening at Maison Adam for the very first Canadian presentation of the new Tribe Tower Thunderbird loudspeakers from Montreal-based manufacturer Totem Acoustic.

Over a hundred guests — music lovers, curious consumers, and seasoned audiophiles — accepted the invitation of Québec City’s renowned audiovisual store. Two demonstration sessions, each lasting approximately 45 minutes, gave attendees the opportunity to discover this new model in a relaxed 5-à-7 format, complete with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres.

A Passionate and Generous Designer
Leading the evening was Vince Bruzzese, president and founder of Totem Acoustic. Acting as master of ceremonies, he passionately shared behind-the-scenes insights into the Thunderbird‘s development — from the initial concept to the technical challenges faced during production. With nearly 40 years of experience, Mr. Bruzzese continues to surprise the industry by blending cutting-edge technologies with refined speaker design, earning global recognition. A true living encyclopedia of sound, he captivated the audience with a delivery that was both technical and human.

Music, Listening, and Emotion
The listening portion of the event showcased the Thunderbird’s outstanding acoustic qualities. With a carefully curated and eclectic playlist assembled by Vince, participants experienced firsthand the speakers’ performance: despite their slender profile, the Thunderbirds deliver impressive power while maintaining precise control across the entire audio spectrum — no matter the musical genre.

A Lucky Winner and a Visionary Team
The evening also featured a prize draw. Mr. Gaétan Dionne won a pair of Totem Acoustic Loon speakers, valued at $1,599 — a generous gesture that was warmly appreciated.

The event also symbolized a generational shift at Maison Adam. Founder José Adam, still actively involved, is now joined by a dynamic new leadership team: Tristan Bobée, Guillaume Thivierge, and Stéphane Dubé, who now serves as general manager. Together, they ensure the continued tradition of excellence with personalized service both before and after the sale.

A Clear Success for Totem and Maison Adam
By all accounts, the event was a resounding success — both in terms of organization and technological discovery. Totem Acoustic and Maison Adam can be proud of a collaboration that combines local expertise with international reach.
