A new high-fidelity store opened its doors on October 26th, 2023, in Châteauguay. It’s called Passion Audio and is located at 43, Main Street. The owners, Martin Leblanc and his partner Sabrina Boukdjadja, organized their official inauguration event as a 4 to 6 gathering, which took place at the store on November 18th. According to Martin Leblanc, the event was so successful that it turned into a 4 to 9 gathering. Approximately forty people were invited, including customers, industry members, as well as local and specialized high-fidelity journalists.
Guests were treated to a private performance by virtuoso Steve Hill with his acoustic guitar. To accommodate the artist, a mini stage was set up with sound equipment. Attendees were pampered with food from the Calaveras mobile canteen, specializing in Mexican cuisine. Passion Audio intends to organize more events like this to provide memorable evenings for its customers, who can also take the opportunity to listen to high-end audio equipment.
