Ian Vatcher, President of Panasonic Canada Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Moskowitz to Vice President of Consumer Products Division. Leading the division, Michael is responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and customer experience.
Mr. Moskowitz has extensive experience leading growth companies in the consumer electronics, communications and technology industries. Michael is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of XM Canada (TSX:XSR).
Prior to XM Canada he was President, Americas International of Palm where he managed Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean and also worked for several leading global consumer electronics companies. In 2004, he was named a Top 40 Under 40 recipient and holds an honours degree from York University and an MBA from Dalhousie University. Michael currently serves on the board of wireless operator Mobilicity.
Mr. Moskowitz brings to Panasonic Canada a broad understanding of the consumer electronics, communication and technology industries and a strong record of successful growth. His highly disciplined approach and clear vision will contribute significantly to Panasonic’s leadership team.
