I think consumers will be really pleased with the results.”

Like the original, the refreshed iGroove SXT is a true stereo sound system that employs dual long-throw 2.5-inch woofers in a ported enclosure and dual ¾-inch horn-loaded tweeters. However, the SXT is now bi-amplified, which means each driver is individually amplified, a feature that virtually eliminates distortion and significantly improves sonic performance. Klipsch has also re-tuned the bass ports on the sides of the system to remove any “port noise.”

The latest iGroove SXT accepts and charges any iPod with a 30-pin connector and has passed Apple’s “Works with iPhone” certification. When a system is “WWi,” it means that it has gone through cell phone radiation testing, certifying that a minimal amount of phone-related noise is audible.

The shuffle and other digital devices connect via a rear auxiliary input, while an S-video output lets users view videos on their TV. Klipsch has even added a 1000mA rapid recharge circuit to the system, allowing users to quickly recharge their iPod, iPod touch or iPhone. According to Inmon, Klipsch is the first iPod speaker dock on the market to include this feature.

Available in a black finish with a silver trim and black cloth grille, the iGroove SXT fits comfortably into any office or living environment and comes with an IR remote. The iGroove SXT is currently available at Best Buy and will be sold through klipsch.com and other retail locations in September.

http://www.klipsch.com/na-en/

Klipsch® Refreshes Popular iGroove™ SXT Dock Speaker Enhancements include WWi certification, bi-amplification and rapid 100mA recharge circuit INDIANAPOLIS, IN (August 31, 2009) — Klipsch has refreshed its popular pint-sized iGroove™ SXT docking speaker system, which originally launched in 2007, so that it will accommodate all of the newer iPod and iPhone models, including the latest […]

[57

post-852","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-haute-fidelite","entry
["GET
