Toujours entour\u00e9 de ses proches collaborateurs, <strong>Hasse Fr\u00f6berg<\/strong> et <strong>Jonas Reingold<\/strong>, apparus dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d\u2019existence de ce groupe culte, <strong>Stolt<\/strong> d\u00e9montre encore une fois qu\u2019il est toujours bel et bien aux commandes du projet qui lui tient le plus \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<p><em>Islands<\/em> s\u2019inscrit enti\u00e8rement dans la lign\u00e9e des parutions du quintette depuis 2012. L\u2019approche privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e est d\u2019\u00eatre plus accessible qu\u2019avant et de se concentrer davantage sur des structures beaucoup plus simples.<\/p>\n<p>Cette fois, nous avons droit \u00e0 un disque double (\u00e7a faisait longtemps) comportant 21 pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9parties \u00e9galement entre les deux galettes et totalisant 96 min de pur bonheur.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept, difficile \u00e0 cerner, repose sur des pi\u00e8ces relativement courtes, \u00e9nigmatiques et avec peu de liens entre elles. L\u2019ensemble, qui n\u2019a plus rien \u00e0 voir avec les \u0153uvres \u00e9piques d\u2019antan, mise sur un rock progressif tr\u00e8s symphonique, beaucoup moins spectaculaire et dont le contenu m\u00e9lodique prend toute la place. Oublions les extraits instrumentaux interminables et les \u00e9chapp\u00e9es fr\u00f4lant l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation. <em>Islands<\/em> propose un contenu digeste et mature, digne des meilleurs musiciens de la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NpJmyuB3zbk\" width=\"890\" height=\"500\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Cet album ne vous offrira pas les fortes sensations de <em>Sum of No Evil<\/em> ni le niveau de sophistication de <em>Paradox Hotel<\/em>.
