Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9coute musicale \u00e0 partir d\u2019un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent ou d\u2019un lecteur portatif. Sa puissance de 1\u00a0000\u00a0mW par canal lui permet d\u2019alimenter les \u00e9couteurs intra-auriculaires et les casques d\u2019\u00e9coute les plus exigeants. Le processeur du <em>xCAN<\/em> comporte deux fonctions combin\u00e9es, appel\u00e9es <em>3D+<\/em> et <em>XBass\u00a0II<\/em>. Ces derni\u00e8res permettent d\u2019optimiser l\u2019\u00e9coute au casque ou avec des haut-parleurs. Le <em>xCAN<\/em> comprend aussi la transmission sans fil <em>Bluetooth aptX<\/em> de la toute derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui permet l\u2019\u00e9coute de fichiers musicaux en qualit\u00e9 <em>CD<\/em>. Sa batterie rechargeable <em>Lithium-Polymer<\/em> lui assure une autonomie de 6 \u00e0 8\u00a0heures d\u2019\u00e9coute sans interruption.
