La partition est perdue, mais des sources bibliographiques donnent des indications sur la provenance de la musique, grosso modo une enfilade des plus beaux airs de la <em>Passion selon saint Matthieu<\/em> et de la Messe en si mais sur d\u2019autres paroles\u2009! Et cela marche tr\u00e8s bien\u2026 <strong>Pichon<\/strong> confirme \u00e0 travers ce disque son tr\u00e8s grand talent pour faire vivre la musique sans la bousculer et ses solistes -\u2009<strong>Sabine Devieilhe, Damien Guillon, Thomas Hobbs <\/strong>et<strong> Christian Immler<\/strong>\u2009- sont tous remarquables.<br \/>\nRemarquable aussi, la prise de son, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en mai 2014 \u00e0 la <strong>Chapelle royale de Versailles<\/strong>. Elle nous offre une pr\u00e9cision respectueuse des volumes et des timbres tout en inscrivant la musique dans un espace qui simule de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9dible une \u00e9glise et \u00abcolle\u00bb donc parfaitement \u00e0 ce r\u00e9pertoire. Et l\u00e0, surprise, en regardant le dos du livret: heureuses retrouvailles, puisque le chef-d\u2019\u0153uvre est sign\u00e9 <strong>Hugues Deschaux<\/strong>, l\u2019ancien preneur de son vedette du label <strong>Alpha<\/strong>.
