La pianiste montréalaise Min Rager reçoit en invité spécial le saxophoniste Kirk Macdonald (Toronto) récipiendaires de plusieurs Juno.
Jazz pianist Min Rager will be performing with special guest Kirk MacDonald, a Juno award winning saxophonist. .

Le quintet NY/MTL a été formé par Samuel Blais pour l’édition 2011 du festival Jazz en Rafale. Le groupe nous présentera de la musique originale écrite spécifiquement pour cette occasion.
The NY/MTL quintet was put together by Samuel Blais for this year’s Jazz en Rafale festival. The band will perform original music written specifically for this occasion.

Eri Yamamoto Trio

Originaire d’Osaka, au Japon, Eri Yamamoto commence à étudier le piano classique à l’âge de trois ans. C’est en 1995, après avoir entendu Tommy Flanagan, que la musicienne décide de se dédier au jazz et s’installe à New-York.
Eri was born in Osaka, Japan, and began playing classical piano at age three. In 1995, she heard Tommy Flanagan performing. She was so inspired that she decided on the spot that she would move to New York City and dedicate herself to this music.
